Death anniversary
Today is the 28th death anniversary of Justice Jabbar Khan, former speaker of the Jatiya Sangsad.
On the occasion, a milad mahfil and discussion will be held on Bhuterdia Secondary School premises at Babuganj upazila in Barisal at about 2:30pm, said a press release.
He died on the day in 1984 at his Gulshan residence.
