Journalist Ashraf Ali passes away
Ashraf Ali Md Shoaeb, Faridpur district correspondent of Dainik Sangram and also the vice president of Faridpur Press Club passed away due to cardiac arrest on the way to Dhaka yesterday afternoon. He was 56.
He felt severe pain in the chest and was admitted to Faridpur Islami Community Hospital around 12noon. Later, he was shifted to Dhaka. On the way to Dhaka, he breathed his last near Manikganj, said Family sources.
He left behind his wife, a daughter and host of relatives to mourn his death.
