Two youths stabbed to death
Two youths were stabbed to death allegedly by their rivals in separate incidents in Jessore town yesterday.
The victims were Safiar Rahman, 23, son of Asraful Islam and Hasan Ali, 21, son of Motaleb Biswas.
Police said one Rejaul Islam and his friend Aslam Hossain stabbed Safiar over past enmity, killing him instantly at Barandipara.
In another incident, Hasan was killed allegedly by his rival at Chachra Roypara in the early morning.
Police said the rival stabbed him leaving him dead on the spot.
