PM goes to Habiganj today
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will visit Habiganj today for inaugurating a compressor station on the national gas supply grid and the second unit of the second condensate fractionation plant at the state-run Rashidpur Gas Field.
She is scheduled to unveil the plaques of the compressor station and condensate fractionation plant at Rashidpur Gas Field.
During the visit, Finance Minister AMA Muhith, LGRD Minister Syed Ashraful Islam, energy affairs adviser Dr Toufique-e-Elahi Chowdhury, Social Welfare Minister Enamul Haque Mostafa Shahid and state minister Enamul Haque will accompany the prime minister.
She will also address political leaders and government officials in the district. However, the programme for holding a public meeting has been cancelled.
