Death anniversary
Today is the fourth death anniversary of Wachhefa Aktar Jahan, former dean of Agri Business Management Faculty of Sher-e-Bangla Agriculture University. She was also a member of agriculture affairs committee of National Science and Information Technology Post Graduate Fellowship Programme, said a press release. On the occasion, Qurankhwani, sawab resani and doa mahfil will be held at her Kalyanpur residence and Malikerber family mosque in Bagerhat. A food distribution programme among the orphans will also be held at Malikerber Madrasa. She left behind her husband, one daughter, one son and a host of relatives and admirers to mourn her death.
