Death anniversary
Tomorrow is the 12th death anniversary of Major General (retd) Abdul Mannan Siddiqui. He passed away on the day in 2000, said a press release. Mannan, master general of the ordinance and quarter master general of Bangladesh Army, also worked as public works and home minister. He served Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd as founder chairman after his retirement.
