RU folklore students seek PSC quota
The students of Folklore Department of Rajshahi University (RU) yesterday demanded special quota education cadre in Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) under Public Service Commission (PSC).
They placed the demand at a rally held on the campus.
The students said they were studying in the department since 1998 but they had no opportunity under PSC, although around 203 colleges under National University (NU) had Folklore related courses.
