Valuables worth Tk 2 lakh gutted
Valuables worth around Tk 2 lakh were gutted in a fire inside an office at Professor Market in Chittagong city's Tamakumondi Lane yesterday.
The fire, originating from an electric short-circuit on the second floor office of One Star Travel at around 1:00am, was doused in half an hour by two units from Nandan Kanon Fire Station, said fire brigade sources.
