One dies in wall collapse in Ctg
A man was killed in a boundary wall collapse in Chittagong city's West Nasirabad area early yesterday.
The deceased was Bashir Mia, 45, a motor mechanic, of Haji Kala Mia Sowdagar's House in the area.
Mahbub Alam, a cousin of the deceased, said, an old boundary wall collapsed on Bashir when he was entering the house around 2:00am. At that time, he was returning to house from his garage.
Critically injured Bashir was rushed to Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) where doctors declared him dead around 3.00am, said Sirajul Islam, a constable at the CMCH police outbox.
