OC closed for raping housewife
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Terokhada Police Station Md Mamun-ur-Rashid was closed to Khulna district police line on Sunday for allegedly raping a housewife.
Police sources said Police Super of Khulna Tanvir Haider Chowdhury and Additional Police Super Md Imamur Rashid took the action against the OC as they found him guilty in preliminary investigation.
A relative of the housewife said the housewife went to the OC's residence and requested him not to mention her husband's name in the charge sheet of a case over clash between two groups.
At one stage, Mamun raped her.
