Lt Col (retd)Syed Kalimuallah passes away
Lt Col (retd)Syed Kalimuallah passed away due to old age complications in the capital yesterday evening. He was 85. He left behind his wife, son, daughter, grandchildren, and a host of relatives to mourn his death, said a press release. Born in 1927 in Kolkata, he initially joined the Royal Indian Air Force. He was then commissioned into British Indian Army. Kalimuallah was the first managing director of Sena Kalyan Shangsta. His namaz-e-janaza will be held at Gulshan Azad Mosque after Zohr prayers and he will be buried at Banani graveyard.
