Int'l conf on S Asia water resources next January
A two-day international conference on South Asia's water resources will be held in Dhaka on January 4-5, 2013, says a press release.
The conference aims, among others, at assessing multi-national and co-operational water management based on the necessity and prospect of Ganges-Brahmaputra-Meghna (GBM) basin.
The conference titled "Water Resources of South Asia: Conflict to Cooperation" will jointly be hosted by Bangladesh Paribesh Andolon (Bapa) and Bangladesh Paribesh Network (BEN).
The last date of sending articles for the conference is September 31, while July 31 is the last date for sending one page abstract of the proposed article.
