Two outlaws held in Pabna
Police arrested two members of outlawed Lal Pataka [Red Flag], a faction of Purbo Bangla Communist Party (PBCP-ML), from Monohargati village in Santhia upazila in Pabna early yesterday.
The arrestees were Shahin Alam, 35, son of Akter Hossain and Abdul Alim, 20 son of Habibur Rahman of the village in the upazila.
Acting on a tip off, a team of police arrested the outlaw members from the village around 2:00am when they were taking preparation for committing crimes, said Md Ekramul Haque, officer-in-charge at Santhia police station.
The arrestees were accused of many cases with the police station, the OC said.
