Death anniversary of Dr Neelima Ibrahim today
Today is the 10th death anniversary of eminent educationist Dr Neelima Ibrahim, said a press release. A pioneer of women's rights and pioneer of cultural movement in the country, Dr Neelima was the founder president of Bangladesh Mohila Samity. To mark the day, the Mohila Samity will hold a prayer programme at her grave at martyred intellectual graveyard in the capital. Bangladesh Mohila Samity requests the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to include Neelima Ibrahim's biography and writings in textbooks and literatures across different levels of the national education system.
