Obituary
Md Ashraf Ali, a language movement veteran of Nilphamari, died on Saturday in the capital. He left behind his wife, two sons, three daughters and a host of relatives to mourn the death. His namaz-e-janaza will be held tomorrow, said a press release.
Born in 1936, Ashraf worked at several government institutions including at the Ministry of Labour.
