Man dies after falling from train
A man was killed as he fell down from a running train at Darshana Railway Station in Chuadanga yesterday.
The deceased was identified as Borun Kumar Debnath, 62, of Gobindapur in Khansama upazila in Dinajpur district, police said.
According to Chuadanga Government Railway Police, Borun along with his wife Arunima and nephew Ashokesh was going to Jessore from Syedpur on Simanta Express train.
The train crushed Borun as he fell down from it when he came to the gate of his compartment at about 6:30am.
