Two siblings electrocuted in Magura
Two brothers were electrocuted at Ghoranachh village in the sadar upazila yesterday.
The deceased were identified as Hasan, 35, and Rahim, 25, two sons of Sobhan Mia of the village.
Police said Ayesha Begum, mother of the two men, sustained injuries as she came in contact with a live electric wire when she went to bring wet clothes from a hanging wire during rain at noon.
Hasan and Rahim went to save their mother but they were electrocuted.
They were rushed to upazila health complex where the duty-doctor declared them dead.
