VoIP equipment seized
Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab-7) seized VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) equipment worth about Tk 7 lakh from a house in Karnelhat in Chittagong on Thursday night.
Acting on a tip-off, a Rab team carried out the drive at a building owned by Sujan Mia in Prashanti Residential Area.
“We seized the VoIP equipment from a room on the 3rd floor of the building” said Maj Rakibul Amin, deputy director of Rab-7.
None was arrested in this connection.
