'Protect street children's rights'
A research based non-government organisation (NGO) yesterday urged city corporations' elected representatives to protect and promote rights of street children.
Incidin Bangladesh made the call at a press conference at the Dhaka Reporters Unity in the capital.
The NGO carried out a campaign in Dhaka and Rajshahi that include collecting signatures and consultation with people, including children and city mayors.
Executive Director of the organisation Ratan Sarker, Advocacy Chief Nasimul Ahsan and Programme Manager Musfiqur Rahman were also present at the conference.
