Ctg court summons ATN chairman
A Chittagong court yesterday summoned Mahfuzur Rahman, chairman of ATN Bangla, to appear before it on September 30 for making derogatory remarks about Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
The court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Nizamul Haque issued the summon in a case filed by HM Altaf Chowdhury, president of Lalkhanbazar ward Olama League.
Two more cases were also filed with the CMM court and the court of Metropolitan Magistrate Muntasir Ahmed against Mahfuzur on similar charges.
