Fish trader 'murdered' in Rangpur
Police recovered the body of a fish trader from a pond at West Babukha area in Rangpur city on Thursday evening.
The deceased Milon Mian, 26, son of Babu Sarker of Keranirhat area in the city, went to Rangpur Central Bus Terminal Bazar on Wednesday evening and was missing since then, said his brother-in-law Afzal Hossain.
The body, bearing several marks of injury, was sent to Rangpur Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy while a murder case has been filed, said Rangpur Kotwali Police Station Officer-in-Charge Altaf Hossain.
