Dr Munirul Huq
Dr Munirul Huq, former director of Soil Resource Development Institute (SRDI), died in the capital's Square Hospital on Sunday. He was 85.
He is survived by his wife, two sons, and a host of relatives and admirers.
His first namaz-e-janaza was held at Khejur Bagan Jame Masjid on Monday, and the second namaz-e-janaza was held on the SRDI premises in the capital's Sher-e-Bangla Nagar. Later, he was buried at Azimpur old graveyard on the same day.
