Teenage boy commits suicide
A teenage boy allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself with the ceiling fan in their house in the city's Pir Mohalla area on Saturday night.
The deceased identified as Nasim Ahmed, 16, son of Shah Alam, was an electrician.
Airport Police Station Officer-in-Charge Khairul Fazal said they recovered the hanging body at about 10:30pm and sent it to Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College morgue for autopsy.
The boy left a slip stating that he committed suicide for a girl.
