Worker stabbed to death
A construction worker was killed by some unknown criminals in the capital's Jatrabari area last night.
The victim was Jewel Hawlader, 20, of Khepupara upazila in Patuakhali.
Some miscreants stabbed Jewel in his abdomen when he returning to his uncle's house at Kajla in the area around 8:00pm, said Jatrabari Police Station Officer-in-Charge AKM Abul Kashem.
He died on the way to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
Police could not ascertain the reason behind the murder.
