Ctg cops raise awareness about Jamaat violence among students
Chittagong Metropolitan Police launched awareness raising programmes at educational institutions on the recent violence on cops to develop a cordial relationship between students and law enforcers.
Bayezid Police Station yesterday projected footage of the attacks by Jamaat-e-Islami and pro-Jamaat student organisation Islami Chhatra Shibir before some 700 students of BGC Trust University in the port city. Afterwards, the students were asked to identify the attackers, said police.
A similar event was organised at Jamiah Ahmaddiah Sunnia Alia Madrasa by Panchlaish Police Station.
