College boy jailed for stalking
A mobile court sentenced a college boy to a four-month imprisonment and fined him Tk 5,000 on Thursday night for stalking a schoolgirl in Sujanagar upazila of Pabna.
The convict Isha Rahman, 20, a student of Govt Shahid Bulbul College and son of Tayab Ali of Talimnagar village in the upazila, was sent to jail yesterday morning.
Sujanagar police said Isha teased the girl of Talimnagar Shah Mahtab High School in the upazila on Thursday afternoon, while she was returning home from the school.
Later, locals and police caught Isha red-handed and produced him before the mobile court.
