Hafiz wins Ahsanullah gold medal
Hafiz Ahmed Mazumdar received Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah Gold Medal-2011 yesterday for his outstanding contribution and services to society.
He received the award at a ceremony at Dhaka Ahsania Mission Bhaban auditorium in the capital.
Hafiz, an educationist and businessman, founded Hafiz Mazumdar Education Trust and established many educational institutions and hospitals at Zakiganj in Sylhet.
