Bijoy Parbone ends
The three-day long "Bijoy Parbone" festival held at Dhaka University Gymnasium playground ended yesterday with the commitment to unite Bangalees regardless of the differences of creed and religious beliefs.

Celebrating the 41st anniversary of the Liberation War victory, the event styled “Utse Bangladesh†began on Saturday. The last day included pitha utshab, baul sangeet, jatra, nagor dola and puppet show among other events, said a press release.
Besides, a photo exhibition of Everest Expedition by mountaineer MA Muhit and a sculpture exhibition by freedom fighter Ferdousi Priyobhashini were organised in the last part of the event, the release added.
