Getting admission in our public universities is almost like wining a lottery ticket. Quality education, low cost, prestige and so on are the factors behind this big race for admission. After getting admission comes the question of accommodation in residential halls. Campus accommodation is one of the biggest facilities one gets for studying in public universities. But there is a shortage of seats. Everyone knows there is a crisis but only a few have an idea about the nature of that crisis. Everyone knows student politics is a hopeless race among those who want to get some advantage in their student life. Student politics is not necessary, not at all. But it exists and only a few are making profit out of it, whereas the rest suffer for nothing. Strike is the only outcome of student politics.
