In Plato's Republic, the place of the business people was earmarked outside the city. May be their loyalty and patriotism were suspect. Modern day multinationals are, however, quite unabashed and unconcerned about it. Have the traders upgraded their positions lately? And so very well that a special truth commission is ordered just for them! But why do I have this feeling of a blind man in a dark room, chasing a black cat that may not be there?
