GD seeking security of life

Abdul Motin Khaleque, a deputy director of District Social Welfare Department yesterday filed a General Diary (GD) seeking security of life alleging that organisational secretary of district AL Ataur Rahman Azad Bablu and president of Dinajpur town AL Taiyab Uddin Chowdhury, have threatened to kill or transfer him. In the complaint he said they also hurled abusive words in front of 25 officials at the Dinajpur Deputy Commissioner's office on Tuesday as he declined to issue any old aged allowance card as per their list.
