Syeda Rizwana Hasssan Syeda Rizwana Hassan Syeda Rizwana Hassan has quite a few identities attached to her name. She is the Chief Executive of Bangladesh Environmental Lawyer Association (BELA), an  Advocate (Attorney) in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and also a devoted environment activist who tirelessly works to protect the environment from every form of injustice. In 2012, she has won the Ramon Magsaysay Award 2012 for her campaign for social and ecological justice. This week expresses her love for our environment with The Star.
