Arav Khan not arrested: Shahriar Alam 

State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shahriar Alam said Arav Khan has not been arrested.

"Any criminal, who goes abroad and introduces himself, there is no scope for him to remain free. He cannot escape if there is no political shelter," he told journalists at the foreign ministry.
