This has resulted in most of his authority being stripped away. But despite all that Ford is still more popular among his constituents than American leaders are among theirs. Ford, who admitted to using crack in a "drunken stupor" on Nov. 5, has an approval rating of 42 percent, which is up from the 39 percent he had before he admitted to smoking cocaine.   stripsPresenter Strips to Keep Promise Paris, France: Doria Tillier is a woman of her word. The 27-year-old French news broadcaster promised ahead of a decisive World Cup game between the French national team and Ukraine that she would present the weather naked if France won the match and qualified for the World Cup. Trailing 2-0 from the first leg, French football team Les Bleus became the first side to overturn a two-goal deficit in a qualifying play-off against Ukraine. When the time came for the fateful broadcast, Tillier at first seemed to have found a way out – presenting the weather not "a poil" (nude in French), but in Poil, a small village in central France. Aarushi Talwar was found with her throat slit at the family home in Noida, an affluent town of new shopping malls and offices near Delhi, in 2008. A day later, the body of the family servant, Hemraj, was discovered. Rajesh and Nupur Talwar were convicted in a local court in Ghaziabad, near Noida, and remanded in custody ahead of sentencing on Tuesday.
