We were forced to discontinue our Sunday issues because of economic restraints (read not enough ads), despite our growing popularity as demonstrated by our readers (we still do get the occasional hate mail though). No, SHOUT is no van Gogh; we're not delusional. The point is, we do understand what it means to be considered an 'underachiever'. But who decides whether or not one is an underachiever?
