NUMBERS 14651

As part of preparation for the upcoming Durga Puja, the biggest religious festival of the Hindu community, the Government has allotted around 14,651 tonnes of rice for 29,302 puja mandaps countrywide. Uncder the supervision of the district administration and the deputy commissioners, the rice will be distributed among the devotees of the mandaps upazila-wise.
