NUMBERS 8973

After a long interval, a total of 8973 cattle came in the local markets of Kurigram through a number of border points in the first week of September. As Eid ul Azha is getting closer the cattle influx from India has resumed after months' of fall in its supply. With the increasing number of Indian cattle influx in the local market, the price of the local ones has seen a tremendous drop, believe the farm owners and cattle farmers.
