Eight‑month‑old Mahadi Islam Siam from Mirpur was admitted to DNCC Dedicated Covid‑19 Hospital in Mohakhali on Sunday with measles. He was experiencing breathing difficulties when the photo was taken yesterday afternoon. At least 23 more patients died of suspected measles in the 24 hours till 8:00am yesterday, raising the number of deaths to 143 since March 15.
