MW Magazine Bangladesh and MAYA yesterday paid tribute to mystic poet Hason Raja through “Songs of Bengal: Pran Bondher Sone”, organised at Aloki Convention Centre, marking World Music Day, celebrated annually on June 21. Curated and musically directed by Shayan Chowdhury Arnob, the event reinterpreted the poet’s timeless works with contemporary arrangements while retaining their spiritual and philosophical depth.
