His father wanted him to be a sportsman. But he had always dreamt of becoming a musician. His mother, however, was his anchor, as she bought him his first guitar. This is how Md Danesh began his musical journey with his underground alternative rock band Biborton in 2001. The Star speaks with the up and coming music star about the bands that he finds most inspiring, his dreams and much more.

Childhood Dream
I have always wanted to be a professional musician and reach the top of the music industry by doing good music.

Inspiration
The leading musicians of our music industry and their music work as an inspiration for me.

If You Could Change One Thing about Dhaka
Dhaka has become a concrete jungle and we have almost forgotten that trees matter. If I could bring one change to this city, I would plant more and more trees to increase the size of our 'urban forest'.

Most Significant Achievement
Once we had to perform in Sylhet in front of a large crowd where we found the audience applauding, cheering and singing along with us. The fact that we could share our zeal for music with such a huge crowd is the biggest achievement of my life.

A Dream Yet to be Fulfilled
I want to create good music and work closely with a community that supports and promotes creativity.

The Bands that You Love to Cover the Most
