Who does not love to revisit his/her childhood by going through a wall to wall display of toys? Saadi Rahman's initiative of establishing the country's first toy museum with an overwhelming collection undoubtedly has made pop culture enthusiasts quite excited. Being a toy collector himself, Rahman has started this museum to showcase his personal collection and toys from other collectors of the city every month, featuring a wide range of items from the early 1960's to the present. This week the Star talks to this toy lover about his childhood dream, inspiration and other things.

Childhood Dream
I always wanted to live in music. My childhood dream was to become a drummer.

Significant Achievement
I along with my friends organised the first ever comic-con in Bangladesh which was highly appreciated by everyone. The happiness and enthusiasm that I could feel among the participants is my most significant achievement, I believe. Starting the toy museum is also one of my most significant achievements.

If You Could Change One Thing about Dhaka
I wish I could instill more positive thoughts in people's mind.

Inspiration
My father, who is a collector himself, has been my biggest inspiration. His enthusiasm and passion for his work inspires me a lot.

Struggle that You Faced in Your Venture
For me everyday is a challenge, but I believe no challenge is too big to take up.
