Youths held from Puja Mondop for demanding toll
Police arrested five youths from a Puja Mondop at Uttar Sutabaria village under Galachipa upazila in Patuakhali district for allegedly demanding toll Sunday evening.
They are Hadi Meer, Al-Amin, Shakawat, Sujan, and Suman.
Police and local people said they went to the Puja Mondop and demanded Tk 5000 toll from Kamal Kumar Samaddar, chairman of the Puja committee.
A case has been filed with Galachipa thana.
