“The gas was so strong that it would have killed me if I remained another 20 seconds inside the ship,” said Mohammad Selim, a worker at Ferdous Steel Ship Recycling Industries in Chattogram’s Sitakunda, where nine workers died after being exposed to toxic gas yesterday morning.
