50 schools to be 'blacklisted'
Fifty secondary schools under Barisal Education Board will be blacklisted for debacle in this year's Secondary School Certificate (SSC) result, according to Board sources.
Not a single examinee passed from 14 schools in Bhola, 10 schools in Patuakhali, eight each in Barisal, Pirojpur and Barguna and two in Jhalakathi.
The Ministry of Education is likely to take action against teachers of the institutions and their salaries might be stopped soon.
