Girl missing: Ex-dist judge files abduction case in Rajshahi

The judge alleged that his night guard Fakrul Islam in collusion with 10 others abducted his college-going daughter for trafficking to India.

His daughter and the night guard went missing since August 14.

Ten other accused persons are Fakrul's brothers Deputy Assistant Engineer of Power Development Board (PDB) Asadul Islam, Hafizur Rahman, Sonali Bank employee Golam Mostafa, judge court employees Joynul, his wife Habiba Khatun, Shafiqul Islam, Piarul Islam, Rafiqul Islam, Mazharul Islam, Nazrul Islam and Rafiqul Islam.

However, Rajpara Thana Officer-in-Charge (OC) Fayzur Rahman told this correspondent that he had learnt from many sources the incident is the result of a love-affair and the girl might have fled with the night guard. 'We are waiting for the girl's rescue,' told the OC.
