Police-pirates clash in Sundarbans: 5 cops hurt
At least five police personnel including a sub-inspector of police of Shyamnagar Thana were injured in a gunbattle between police and pirates in Kalirchar area in the Sundarbans on Sunday.
The injured are Sub-Inspector Shahjahan, constables Shahidul and Shahidul Islam of Shyamnagar Thana while the identity of other injured persons are yet to be known.
