Main accused in acid attack case gets bail

Sheuli, one of the three persons arrested in the murder case, got bail on Tuesday.

Murdered Mahfuza was the complainant in the acid attack case.

Sheuli is the wife of the elder brother of murdered Mahfuza.

The bail was granted while prayer for her remand for interrogation was pending with a lower court. The bail order said it will be executed after hearing of the remand prayer.

On other hand, the two-day remand of Delwar Hossain, arrested in connection with the murder case, ended on Thursday.

Police said by interrogating Delwar they got important clues to the murder but declined to disclose details for the sake of investigation. Earlier, police interrogated carpenter Ismail, arrested in the murder case.

Mentionably, the district law and order review committee has enlisted the Mahfuza murder case as a sensational case.
