15 BCL men hurt in attack by JCD
At least 15 activists of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) were injured when attacked allegedly by Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) at Satkhira Govt College yesterday.
The BCL activists were holding a rally, calling upon students to continue the strike, earlier called by BCL, protesting the grenade attack on Awami League rally in Dhaka.
It is alleged that JCD leaders leaders and activists led by its college unit president Mahfuzur Rahman Ripon and General Secretary Aminur Rahman swooped on the rally.
Police rushed the spot and dispersed the feuding student activists.
