Raising awareness about breast cancer

Zonta Club, Dhaka-IV organised it aimed at creating awareness about breast cancer and providing treatment facilities to underprivileged women.

Around 2,000 female workers of the organisation took part in the workshop, says a press release.

Brigadier Dr Suraiya Rahman of The Breast Cancer Support Group was present as the main speaker.

Among others, Nazma Islam, President of the club, Safina Rahman, Director, Lakhsma Sweaters Limited and a member of Zonta and other members of the club were present.
