Movement of BSF vehicles along border increases

Movement of vehicles of the Indian BSF (Border Security Force) along the pucca road attached to the border increased in recent days, according to border people.

Meanwhile, hundreds of Bangla-speaking Muslims were assembled on the other side of the border in the Indian territory, attached to the district. They were allegedly kept there for the last few days. People in border areas are apprehending that they were assembled there for push-in purpose.

However, no incident of push-in occurred, according to sources in BDR (Bangladesh Rifles), Rangpur. BDR members remained vigilant to thwart any push-in bid, sources added.
